As an IELTS and General English Teacher, you'll design and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles. Daily, you'll create interactive lessons, provide personalized feedback, and track student progress using our in-house Learning Management System (LMS).

• Design and deliver engaging IELTS and general English lessons tailored to student needs.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with IELTS exam requirements.
• Utilize our LMS to track student performance and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and improve teaching methods.
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student comprehension and identify areas for improvement.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and IELTS exam trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English Language, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English, with a focus on IELTS preparation.
• Proficiency in English (IELTS score of 7.0 or equivalent).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar educational software.
• Certification in TEFL, TESOL, or a recognized IELTS teaching qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
