In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating BIM processes, ensuring that all project information is accurately modeled, visualized, and managed. You will use industry-leading software such as Revit, Navisworks, and Tekla to create detailed 3D models and clash detection reports. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing project workflows and enhancing collaboration among project stakeholders.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate BIM processes for architectural and engineering projects.
• Create and maintain detailed 3D models using Revit and other BIM software.
• Conduct clash detection and coordinate resolution with project teams.
• Generate and manage project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure BIM models are accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and best practices.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on BIM strategies and implementation.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination.
• Proven experience with Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software.
• Certification in BIM (e.g., BIM Manager, BIM Modeller, or BIM Coordinator) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and their integration in BIM models.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
