📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement asset lifecycle management systems using SAP and Maximo.
• Conduct regular asset audits and maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance.
• Analyze asset data to identify trends, optimize usage, and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address asset management challenges.
• Ensure compliance with international asset management standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain asset management policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to asset management team members.
• Monitor and report on asset performance metrics to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in asset management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Certification in asset management, such as Certified Asset Management Professional (CAMS) or similar.
• Proficient in using SAP and Maximo asset management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with international asset management standards and regulations.
