In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our wellness and adventure programs, from scheduling and logistics to guest engagement and feedback. You’ll ensure that every detail is meticulously planned and executed, leaving a lasting impression on our guests. With a focus on innovation and sustainability, you’ll help us continue to set the standard for eco-conscious travel experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of wellness and adventure programs, including scheduling, logistics, and guest engagement.
• Work closely with wellness coaches, adventure guides, and local partners to create and deliver immersive experiences.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction by actively seeking and addressing feedback.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our programs and attract new guests.
• Manage and maintain all program documentation, including schedules, guest lists, and feedback forms.
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless integration of new programs and initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our offerings.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives to support our eco-conscious mission.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination, program management, or a similar role in the tourism or hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with wellness and adventure tourism trends and best practices.
• Knowledge of local regulations and guidelines for tourism and hospitality operations.
• Ability to travel and work in various locations, including remote areas, as needed.
