You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any software or hardware problems that may arise. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular maintenance and inspections of gaming machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on gaming machines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems to minimize downtime.
• Monitor machine performance and usage data to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical support to staff and customers regarding gaming machine operations.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of new gaming machines.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operation of all arcade systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in gaming machine maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of arcade hardware and software, including popular gaming systems like MAME (Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator).
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and repairing various types of gaming machines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid certification in gaming machine maintenance (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
