📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow the savings and deposit products of our banking client, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of their customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers, both retail and corporate.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase the volume and value of third-party funds.
• Monitor and report on the performance of the funds, providing regular updates to the management team.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute campaigns to promote the funds.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to the development and management of the funds.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the financial sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of success in managing and growing savings and deposit products.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
