📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products and services,Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Write and edit user manuals, API documentation, and other technical documents,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing,Conduct user research and usability testing to improve the quality of technical documentation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Review and edit the work of other technical writers to ensure consistency and quality

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong writing and editing skills with a clear and concise writing style,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Experience with version control systems, such as Git or SVN,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong communication and collaboration skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
