In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) processes to ensure high-quality production and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics manufacturing, with a proven track record in managing teams and improving production efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the SMT and PCBA processes to ensure high-quality production and adherence to company standards.,Manage and mentor a team of SMT and PCBA technicians, providing guidance and support to achieve production targets.,Conduct regular process audits and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.,Monitor production metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizations.,Train and develop new hires to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in SMT/PCBA manufacturing, with a strong background in electronics assembly.,Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team of technicians.,Familiarity with SMT and PCBA equipment and processes.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot production issues.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Familiarity with quality management systems and standards.
