📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision making,Manage the accounting team and delegate tasks effectively,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial reporting,Handle tax calculations and filings,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in English is a plus
