📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of employees, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent customer service.,Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales targets, and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.,Lead and participate in store improvement initiatives and training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role in a retail environment.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant retail management software.,Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements in the retail industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
