📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our real estate and property projects.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate sector.,Create and distribute promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.,Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to increase brand visibility.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.,Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on sales and marketing activities.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals and targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian real estate market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant marketing tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
