📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research.,Manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and recognition for outstanding performance.,Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to demonstrate product or service value.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and threats.,Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the enterprise sector.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
