📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality recruitment process.
  • Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.
  • Manage and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment process.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
