📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Develop and maintain a learning and development strategy that supports the company's objectives,Identify training needs and design appropriate training solutions,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training programs meet their needs,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Assist in the development and implementation of employee performance management systems,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required
