📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to optimize strategies and improve results.,Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and industry leaders.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists.,Report on social media performance and ROI to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management and strategy.,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts with a large following.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.,Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
