📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding,Administer employee benefits and compensation packages,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Coordinate with management to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus
