📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the overall management and operations of the tea plantation.,Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the company's growth and profitability.,Manage and supervise the staff, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to make informed business decisions.,Lead and coordinate the company's marketing and sales efforts.,Ensure the safety and well-being of all employees and visitors to the plantation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role in the agriculture or plantation industry.,Strong understanding of financial management and accounting principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to make sound strategic decisions and lead a team effectively.,Familiarity with the tea industry and plantation management practices.,Proven track record of achieving operational and financial targets.,Good knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to the agriculture industry.
