📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in setting up and breaking down event venues, ensuring all equipment and decorations are in place.
• Greet and assist guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
• Work closely with the event team to manage guest lists, seating arrangements, and any special requests.
• Handle last-minute changes and challenges with professionalism and adaptability.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of event materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized event space, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Assist in post-event cleanup and inventory management.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve event operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in event assistance, hospitality, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse groups of people.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with event planning software such as Cvent or Eventbrite is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
