📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to meet customer demands.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and distribution activities.,Monitor and report on distribution performance to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to distribution.,Assist in the development and implementation of distribution strategies.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of logistics and distribution processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle is preferred.
