Hub Plus Indonesia is looking for a Deputy Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and be able to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the recruitment process aligns with the company's needs.,Conduct background checks and reference verifications for candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews and maintaining records.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ATS software.,Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
