📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.,Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure.,Support the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Monitor and report on IT system performance and security.,Assist in the management of IT assets and inventory.,Provide training and support to employees on IT systems and software.,Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems.,Proficient in using IT support tools and software.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with IT security best practices.,Knowledge of network and system administration.
