📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement conservation strategies for designated areas, focusing on habitat protection and species preservation.
• Monitor and report on the status of conservation projects, using data from field surveys, GIS, and remote sensing.
• Coordinate with local communities and stakeholders to ensure sustainable land use and conservation practices.
• Collaborate with government agencies and international partners to secure funding and support for conservation initiatives.
• Conduct training and capacity building for local staff and community members on conservation techniques and sustainable practices.
• Manage budgets and resources for conservation projects, ensuring efficient and effective use of funds.
• Participate in research and data collection to support conservation efforts and policy development.
• Represent the organization at conferences, workshops, and other events to promote conservation initiatives and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Forestry, Conservation Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in conservation, environmental management, or a related field, with a focus on habitat protection and species preservation.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing conservation strategies and projects.
• Strong understanding of GIS, ARC GIS, and remote sensing tools for conservation planning and monitoring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively for conservation projects.
• Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to environmental conservation and sustainable land use.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
