📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Drive strategic initiatives to support Halodoc's growth and expansion plans
• Optimize business operations by identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
• Develop and maintain comprehensive business plans, forecasts, and reports
• Leverage data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI to track performance and drive insights
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets and ensure financial sustainability
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in health technology and digital health

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations, strategic planning, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI
• Familiarity with health technology and digital health industry trends
