CV Nusantara Inti is looking for a dedicated Assistant Banquet Staff to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences and wants to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As an Assistant Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for assisting the Banquet Manager in the planning, preparation, and execution of banquets and special events. You will work closely with the kitchen staff, vendors, and event planners to ensure that all events run smoothly and meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the planning and preparation of banquets and special events.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, vendors, and event planners to ensure smooth event execution.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in the banquet area.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction.
• Assist in the inventory management of banquet supplies.
• Keep accurate records of banquet events and customer feedback.
• Assist in the training of new banquet staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a banquet or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.
• Familiarity with event planning software is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
