PT Tunas Usaha is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions and ensuring the company's compliance with labor laws and regulations. You will work closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Manage the recruitment and selection process for all positions within the company.,Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Advising management on HR-related issues and providing recommendations for improvement.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Ensure the company's HR practices are in line with best practices and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HR best practices and industry standards.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
