PULSE Indonesia is looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the restaurant from anywhere in Indonesia.

We are offering a competitive salary of Rp 19.000.000 – Rp 28.000.000 per month, depending on your experience and qualifications. If you are passionate about food and have a strong management background, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.
  • Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations.
  • Manage the budget and financial performance of the restaurant.
  • Train and develop the restaurant staff to ensure they are providing the highest level of customer service.
  • Monitor customer feedback and make improvements to the menu and service as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant.
  • Ensure that the restaurant is complying with all local laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage a team effectively.
