📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing direct patient care according to established protocols and standards.,Assessing and monitoring patients' health status and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.,Administering medications as prescribed by the healthcare team.,Documenting patient care activities and maintaining accurate medical records.,Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Promoting a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.,Participating in staff meetings and continuing education to stay updated on best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols.,Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
