📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business objectives.,Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights.,Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings effectively.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights.,Design and implement data models and algorithms to improve our business processes.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of our data analysis initiatives.,Provide data-driven recommendations to senior management to drive strategic decisions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques to ensure our team remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.,3-5 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools.,Proven track record of delivering data-driven insights and recommendations.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to tackle complex challenges.,Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.,Knowledge of machine learning and predictive modeling is a plus.
