📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of our IT infrastructure.,Support the implementation of new technologies and systems.,Provide technical support to employees and ensure they have the resources they need to do their jobs effectively.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the IT industry.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and tools.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.,Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.,Fluency in English is a plus.
