📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Manage and train a team of baristas and staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.
• Implement new ideas and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the coffee shop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a coffee shop manager or in a similar leadership role.
