📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and oversee the construction of new bakery facilities.,Maintain and repair existing bakery infrastructure.,Ensure that all construction work complies with local regulations and industry standards.,Work with architects and other professionals to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.,Manage construction budgets and timelines.,Conduct regular inspections to ensure the safety and functionality of our facilities.,Provide technical advice and support to the management team.,Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.,Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits and inspections.
