📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, benefits, and performance reviews.,Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating HR events, such as team-building activities and training sessions.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Help in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in handling employee inquiries and concerns.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
